Quality Assurance

All of our factories have adopted cleanliness standards of class 100,000, and have passed the following: GMPC, ISO22716 Cosmetic Good Manufacturing Practice certification, FDA registration, BPOM, SGS, CE and Dermalogica tests. BonnieCo can provide QA documents such as MSDS, COA and testing reports for clients.

Quality Control

High-standard workshop Strict quality control is our first standard, and our products have been tested and inspected layer by layer.

Raw Material

Test the indicators of each ingredients according to the standard, and the raw materials are qualified and put into production.

Packaging Material

Packaging compatibility testing is done before purchasing, and packaging materials are also inspected forappearance and capacity, leak testing, and destructive testing, and the packaging materials are cleaned and sterilized after passing the test.

Semi-finished Products

Physical and chemical tests (including sensory tests,PH value,heat and cold resistance, etc.) and microbiological tests.

Filling & Packing

We will check and confirm the volume, content and packaging material of the product according to the standard, and fill it after confirming it is correct.

Finished Goods

Microbiological tests and physico- chemical tests are carried out according to standards before delivery.Once deliver the goods, we will provide MSDS for our client.
